Where can I find information on creating a PowerPoint presentation using MLA style?
In the MLA Handbook the authors give two suggestions:
- Include brief citations on each slide that uses borrowed materials and add a works-cited list on a slide at the end.
- Offer printed copies of your works-cited list to your audience.
Since there are no other MLA specific format guidelines for your PowerPoint, please talk to your professor about his or her expectations for your presentation. The slideshow Creating a PowerPoint Presentation using MLA Format This link opens in a new window may provide you with some talking points.
If you would like general information about PowerPoint, the library offers books, eBooks, and articles. To find resources, please search the Online Library Catalog.
